DCHS BAND BOOSTER MEETING

NEW BUSINESS
- New Director ( still
up in the air) We are working on a temporary fix for this and will announce
plans later…..
- Assistant?(hired)
- Band Camp tentative
date July 22-27
May need to have camp at DCHS due to director situation.
- We need to clean the
band room and move all booster property to out building……before Aug 1st.
( work will begin on this band camp week)
FUNDRAISERS
Yard Sale at DCHS June
9th 8:00 a.m.
· Need
lots of items to Sale - Anything goes…..clothes etc…….PLEASE DONATE
· Friday
June 8th – Meet, Sort and Price Yard Sale items in Band Room (3:00 p.m.)

Items can be delivered at that
time or left beside the band room (inside) door or brought on Sat. (if
bringing items on Sat. please pre-price)

Carwash cancelled (not enough
to work both)
JAMBOREE BOOTH JULY 6 & 7

Jamboree Menu
was read and approved and prices adjusted.

Nacho’s with
Cheese was added to the menu.

Cleaning and
Packing up of equipment for Jamboree will be Saturday June 30th
at 8:00. We need everyone’s help.

Started
sign up sheet for Volunteers to work 2 hour shifts at Jamboree.

up Sheet for Cornbread and Fried Pies .

If you cannot work or bake we
have several items we will be in need of if you would still like to help:
Paper towels, Clorox Wipes, 39
Gallon Garbage Bags, Pot holders, Splenda (large Bags), Sugar (4 or 5 lb
bags)
