Friday October 29^th

4:15 Call time/Load bus

5:00 Depart DCHS

6:00 Arrive at Livingston

7:00 Game begins

11:00 (estimate) Arrive at DCHS

 

Saturday October 30th

6:30AM Band Room opens

6:45 Call Time/Load bus

7:00 Depart DCHS

9:00 Arrive at APSU

10:20 Warm Up Area A

11:00 Performance by the Fighting Tiger Band!!!

- Return to bus to load and change

12:00PM Go to stadium to watch bands and eat lunch at concession stands.

5:00 Be in stands to watch APSU’s marching band

5:15 Prelims Awards Ceremony (Finalists Announced)

- Dinner will be provided by the boosters

7:00 Finals begin (if we make finals the band will perform between 7:00 and 8:15)

10:00 Finals Awards Ceremony

10:45 Load bus and return to DCHS

12:45AM Arrive at DCHS

 

Reminders for the weekend

1.  EAT BREAKFAST, BRING SNACKS, AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!

2.  Don’t forget your black socks, shoes, black t-shirt, your band shirt, and a change of clothes.

3.  Bring money for the concession stands.

4.  Do not leave the stadium under any circumstance without the permission of Mr. Wright.

5.  We want you to have fun but remember that you are the face of DeKalb County.  Your words and actions reflect upon the Directors, your parents, your school, and your community.  Make sure you are on your best behavior at all times.
